Your Pieces of Sudan mail is packed with care and shipped during the last week of every month.

Subscription

If you choose the monthly subscription, your payment will be charged automatically on the same date each month that you first subscribed.

Prefer not to subscribe? You can also purchase a one-time monthly edition whenever you’d like.

Manage Your Subscription

You can update your shipping address, payment method, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

Ordering Other Items

If you order other products from my shop at the same time, they may ship separately from your monthly snail mail.

Delivery Times

All mail is sent through standard letter mail and does not include tracking.

* United States: Usually arrives within 1–2 weeks
* International: Usually arrives within 2–6 weeks, depending on your country’s postal service.

Missing Mail

If your snail mail hasn’t arrived 4 weeks after it has been shipped, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Because of the limited monthly editions, I can only replace missing mail if you contact me within 2 months of the shipping date.

When will my snail mail ship?

All monthly editions are mailed during the last week of each month.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged on the same day each month that you originally subscribed.

For example, if you subscribe on the 10th, future payments will also be on the 10th.

Can I change my address?

Yes! Just update it in your account before the monthly shipping date.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, send me a message as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to update it before your mail is sent.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date.
